Pre-event
When you are in the early
planning stages of your event one of our sales team can happily
come to your offices to provide a free of charge demonstration of
our technology.
Once your event is confirmed you will be assigned one of our
experienced interactive producers before your event who will be in
contact with you to liase on the interactive content at your
event. They can suggest additional or alternative solutions to help
you get the best results from the interactive
keypads.
Day of your event
The same interactive
producer will be on-site to set up the technology, they will stay
for any rehersals and will remain at your venue until your
event has finished to support you and manage the IML system. Any
changes that you want made can be done on-site to how you
require.
Post event
Once the event is over, we will
produce a comprehensive instant report, detailing all audience
responses for post-event analysis. We will also follow up with you
to see how everything went.
